i m resding in delhi n falls under genral category here but i come under SC in HP though my education n birth is in delhi can i get under SC in HP?

If you are born in Delhi and you studied in Delhi . How can you claim for domicile in Himachal Pradesh. If you inform about your relation or how you are bound to Himachal Pradesh? Then only I will be able to answer this question . It would be possible if you have studied in HP.
