As you are in class 11th and preparing for IIT-JEE, you need to start from the stretch level i.e from the NCERT books to the higher level books and do prepare the mock test as well. After doing all these then switch to the previous 10 years IIT-JEE papers that will really help you a lot to understand about the full scenario.
