It's good that you are planning for your career at the right time. It does not matter whether you have science or maths in class 12th. To appear in CLAT 2018 and get into a good institute of law, the minimum eligibility criteria is qualifying 10+2 with minimum of 45 per cent marks in aggregate of the subjects appeared in the 12th board examination.
