I m studying in govt school of Chandigarh so am eligible for ut quota I'd domecile of Punjab also can i take benefit of 2 states counselling

no, you cannot take a benefit of 2 state's home state quota(85% quota).since you've studied in government school of chandigarh i mean you're studing under the board of chandigarh, you can give state quota admission of chandigarh not for punjab.

it is because of state code of eligibility,is nothing but the eligibility needed for home state quota.it is determined by the institution's location in which the students have studied.
