Hello Tarun, Thanks for reaching to us.
There aren’t any specific criteria because each year scenario keeps on changing. Approximately 180k-200k aspirants take B.Arch Paper each year.
But in order to get into top colleges, you need a score above 250. Rest d epends on your category. If you are from the general category it is not enough to get a seat but if you belong to OBC or SC/ST chances are quite high though wait for results for exact ranks.
