You should correct your caste and mother occupation during form filling for 2nd phase mains examination.Don't do same attempt again.And contact concerned authority through helpline number which will be given in registration form.Tell your problem that you did by mistake during form filling of 1st phase examination,they will respond you as soon possible.I hope my answer will be helpful to you.
