i mam i have one dought i.e. i gave MHTCET in year2020these year marks are able to get addmission in year 2021

No, you cannot use mhtcet 2020 results to get admission now in 2021 .

This is because,

Your MHT CET  score is valid for only one year i. e the year in which it is conducted  so, MHT CET  2020 score was valid for admission in 2020 only . To get admission in 2021 you will have to appear in MHT CET 2021

So, you need to apply for MHT CET  2021 dear.

And don't worry Registration window will reopen tomorrow i. e on 12th August and can be filled till 16th August. For dates refer

To  fill the form you  need to go through given below steps :-

* visit the official website i. e mahacet.org (http://mahacet.org/) , click on new registration and do the registration to generate your login credentials

*then fill the form, you need to fill your personal details, your academic details, your address both permanent and residential etc

* and after that you need to go for uploading your documents i. e you will have to upload your scanned  coloured photograph and signature

* then pay the application fee

*and finally you should take the printout of confirmation page
