Hello Aspirant,
You need not worry. Just check for the mail that was sent to your registered email id after filling the registration form. If you cannot find it in the mail ,then definitely it will be there is the message sent by them. Once you get the user id, you can go to the login page and click on the "Forgot password" option to change or set a new password using which you can login. You can find both even through google chrome password settings. All such login credentials will usually be stored there.Hope it helps.
