I miss to register for counselling for aiims 2018 on 25th June can i register for counselling for aiims 2018 for second round counselling

No, once the counselling dates are over. One cannot apply for subsequent counsellings. However you are eligible for open counselling evenif you are not registered.

No I don't think that u can apply now. Try to contact the admission authorities. U can apply for the open round which is done in the last in case some seats are left vacant.
