It would be really great if you fill up a new form carefully as giving wrong or incorrect information could affect your admission.
You can also try to contact the administration dept of college, if they could do something.

I'll fill the new form though I've already payed the fees but I'll ask them if it's possible to refund the amount. And thank you so much :)

hello aspirant,
see during the admission process you may face the problem as you have given wrong information about your previous institution.
so if it is possible fill a new form or contact with the exam controlling authority.
