I am extremely sorry to say this, but you cannot take admission in any good government college if you have scored 51% in your 12th board examination.
Getting admission into government colleges is very difficult and a large number of students from all around the country apply for admission in government colleges. So a candidate is expected to score above 90% in order to secure admission in government institutions.
