An exam like VITEEE may ask questions from any topic from the syllabus notified for the entrance exam. So, it is very difficult to pinpoint that certain questions will be aked with any degree of accuracy.
My suggestion to you would be to not panic, but try to keep a cool head. Take proper rest, and once you are rejuvenated, do quick revisions of what you have read. And don't take up any new topics in these last few hours, as it will only add to the anxiety and eat into revision time.
