Hi Vinay, please see the information below.
- JEE Mains will be conducted twice a year. This means there will be two attempts.
- Students can choose from the best two.
- The exam will be conducted by National Testing Agency in computer-based mode.
- The first attempt (JEE Mains I) will be from 6-20 January 2019. The application forms will be released from 1 September 2018 and will be available till 30 September 2018.
- The second attempt (JEE Mains II) will be from 6-20 April 2019. The application forms will be released on 8 February 2019.
- The result for JEE Mains I will be declared on 31 January 2019 and JEE Mains II on 30 April 2019.

The application form of JEE Main will be available from September 1. 2018. You will be able to fill the application form till September 30. The JEE Main examination for B.Tech is going to be held online by NTA from January 6 to 20. There will also be one more examination session from April 6 to 20, 2019.
