From the above link, you can download all the 20 question papers of JEE Main 2019 (8*2(B.Tech) + 2*2 (B.Arch/B.Planning)).

The papers that you will get from this link will be in English, Hindi and Gujrati. So you are not required download separately for English and Hindi.
