Hello Prakash,
This is good if your daughter is much clear about her aim but this is very early to start preparation for UPSC. You can told her to focus on her boards right now. She cam start her preparation from her graduation. Because you can give exam only after graduating.
So told her to focus on her boards and then clear 12th with good marks.
