I need only those choices for locking which I locked in the JoSAA counseling. Can I freeze/float the same choices??

Yes you can again go for the same choice in next round but only if you are getting the college as your choice again in second round as when you proceed with the counseling the seat given to you shifted to other student so you can't choose your previous round result if it is not showing again in next round
