Unfortunately, you can not change the test centre now. Information like personal details, exam city preference etc. cannot be edited once the form is submitted.

You can do so in correction window which is from 4th week of September 2018.
As of now your preference is locked and you shall b egiven opportunity to bring arojnd any last minute changes in correction window.
