You check your caste certificate through online portal of west bengal on the link below:
https://castcertificatewb.gov.in/
If it is not showing it means your caste cerificte is expired the validity of the certificates are generally are 5 years. You should contact to the concern officer. Generally it get expired in 5 years in other state you have to renew your caste certificate through Tehsil office.
