So it is bit difficult to understand what exactly are you asking but I assume you are trying to ask whether seat is available in first round because you did not get a seat in second round. Incase my assumption is correct then I must tell you the seat in first round is only available if you were already offered a seat in first round . If you are already having a seat in first round and you did not get any seat in second round then do not worry because then you would still have the seat from first round.
