i obtain just 65% in boards and 58 percentile in jee mains so is there any chance in any three or two tier college if yes which ?plz suggest

Hello Aspirant!
Yes you can get low tier colleges and even government colleges but for that there are few conditions. If seats remain vacant like the last two years rhen you may get a GFTI. Like last year GGV BILASPUR, GKV HARIDWAR and HNB GARHWAL had conducted local level counselling. In that local counselling round, you may get seat if you have scored above 55% in boards and got some rank around 4-5 lakhs.
But this happens only if seats remain vacant.

Based your fetched percentile in your respective board & the JEE mains it might be somewhat harder for you to take the admission in the two tier or three colleges if you will go via your JEE Mains marks and if you have filled the entrance of for any top private institution then it might can take into the zone in which you wish to enter in based upon the rank of that respective individual entrance exam.
