I only understand the concept and do previous year questions of jee mains, I am able to solve myself almost 80% of questions. Should I need to solve a book ?

It will depend upon certain factors -- like if your exams is near then no need to pick up new books/topics as it will mess up and will make you low in confidence..Don't start new topics , just revise done topics..
and 2nd condition is when your exams are not near ,then you can start a book and learn new topics and do new questions ..
