I only uploaded my left and right thumb prints for neet application. Since reupload is not available and I have filled everything else right would there be any problem? I have mailed nta buy no reply. Also once I opened correction window there is no message asking me to reupload anything.

Since you've already mailed them, keep checking your registered email and the official NEET website for any updates. If there is no issue raised, your application should be fine. However, during the admit card release, verify your details again.
