I opted for aiq in round 1 but I reset registration for round 2 now I can't re register.The system keeps saying security pin wrong

The repeatedly prompting of wrong security pin was because of some technical issue and the same has been mailed to the officials by many of the students stating that unable to reset their registration because of which, the schedule has been extended for 2nd round of counselling. Below, I am mentioning the extended process with date and time.
The NEW registration facility for Round-2 -> upto 12:00 PM of 13th July, 2019.
The payment Facility -> 03:00 PM of 14th July,2019
Choice Filling -> 12:00 PM of 14th July,2019
Choice Locking Facility -> Will be available from 05:00 PM of 14th July, 2019 till 12:00 PM of 14th July, 2019.
Although, the students who have already registered and paid for round-1 didn't had to register or make payments
again. They were suppose to directly go for fresh choice filling for round-2 as the choice for round-1 will be considered as null and void which was applicable for you also.
