The paid will be reflected in your application by thr end of thr day. Wait till today if paid today. In case it doesn't reflect than you can contact the IIT conducting JEE ADVANCED this year through mail or phone call.
If you have paid yesterday or before, then you should try and resolve the matter at earliest
