Hello Sarthak,
Until you get passed in the 12th board examinations and fet passed written in your marksheet.You can not apply for any type of counselling.Because for that yku have to fill all the details alpng with the required marks for the 12th boards, which you can't fill there until you get passed in each and every subject. So you have to wait for the result after you give yiur compartment exam and make them fill during the counselling.
