i passed 12 class in 2018, then take a drop for jee. if i fail in jee can i get admission in foreign universities in 2020 sem?

Admission to most of the foreign universities is not as direct as admission in India.

In India you clear JEE Mains, attend the councelling and finally get admission.

In foreign universities, the procedure is very long.

First you have to appear for TOEFL/IELTS, then for SAT, give a writeup for SOP (Statement of Purpose), and sometimes even appear for an online interview.

Also, the tests you have to appear for (SAT/TOEFL/IELTS), completely depends on the university and the course you are applying into.

So, yes you can get an admission to a foreign universities in 2020, but you have to shortlist the course you want to get admitted into, plus the university you want to apply to.
