I passed 12th in 2020 .since then not appeared in neet 2020,2021,2022 .am I allowed to appear for neet 2023 .my age is 19

Yes you can apply for neet. Criteria for applying neet is 10+12 with 50% in physics chemistry and biology. Upper limit of age is removed. You need your 10+12 certificate.
