I passed BA with 49.9% in 2002.And I m bed. Can I increase my BA% any way?

Since you have completed your undergraduate degree and passed with 49.9%, there is no way to increase your BA percentage. The only way to increase your percentage is when the degree is ongoing. Once the degree is completed, you can not alter or increase your passing percentage.
