No, you can't able to get admission in the college for the bachelor's degree as the eligibility criteria for bpharm is;
• Passed 10+2 from the recognized education board with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics / Biology as subjects with the aggregate percentile of (50 - 60 %) .
•Age must not be less tha 17 years
As, you failed in maths. So, your aggregate marks can't be up to the mark.
