I passed class 12 exam in 2018.can I eligible in jee advanced?

Jee is not only the exam for taking admission in engineering.Lots of good universities or Institutes are having their own entrance exam like:

You can also try for state level counselling for engineering admission.

As per the eligibility criteria,you are not eligible for jee advanced 2020.
Jee advanced provides only two attempt,one in year in which you passed 12th and another a year later.So as per your details your two attempts were in year(2018,2019).
But surely you have one more attempt for jee main,prepare best for that and you can get some top NITs.

If you have passed +2 in 2018, you are only eligible to give jee advanced in 2018 and 2019.
You cannot give jee advanced in 2020.It doesn't matter whether you have given exam in past two years or not, but you cannot give exam in 2020.

The candidates should have appeared for 12th standard (or equivalent) qualifying examination in 2019 or 2020, for the first time.

However, if the result is declared for the academic year 2017-18 after June 2018, then the candidates of that board who appeared for their 12th standard qualifying exam in 2018 will also be termed eligible for JEE Advanced 2020.
