what should I write in neet 2021 form column of school name, address, pincode as I have done my class 12 as a private candidate??

hi,

you need to select the option of national institute of open schooling from the drop down list of of the board of education in neet application. you can write at the place of name of school as "national institute of open schooling -----" in the blank space you can write the center name of nios from where you have done your schooling or 10th or 12th courses.
