VLSI is a good option. Now VLSI has high scope to get a job. Mostly of the core companies look for this skillsetm if you study on VLSI with a master's degree then that would give you a high chance to get a job in a MNC. Still it depends on you what you are interested. Choose one which you find suitable for you. You are going to study and work on it. So decision should be yours.
