I passed in supplementary of 12th so can I write JEE / BITSAT or any other exam next year and still get a seat ?

For reference:-
Eligibility for JEE Main 2020:-
1)Candidates must have passed class XII or qualifying exam in 2018 or 2019.
2)Candidates appearing in class XII or equivalent qualifying exam in 2020 can also apply for JEE Main.
Eligibility for BITSAT:-
1)Qualifying Exam:
Candidates need to have passed their 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognized Central or State board or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as subjects and adequate proficiency in English.
2)Minimum Marks in Qualifying Exam:
Candidates must have secured minimum 75% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ Biology in their qualifying exam or equivalent. They also need to have minimum 60% marks in each of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/ Biology subjects in the qualifying exam.
