Now Coming to your query, Devasoth if you are Supplementary student then sorry to say this we can't estimate your rank because I don't know based on what criteria they will give rank to Supply students. As per the news, rank for around 5100 MPC students and 1600 Bipc students who passed in Supply will be declared soon maybe this week. And I think most probably you will be able to participate in the 2nd round of Counseling. Don't worry.
