I passed my class 12th from Bihar Board in 2019(PCM). I want to change to [PCB] in 2021. Is it possible?. if it is possible. What's its process?

Sorry dear,it can't be possible. You are completed already your 12th class in PCM subjects in 2019.. right now if you want to give another board examination in PCB it can't happen in Bihar board because may be you were passed in all subjects.
