i pay the emcet payment at the first day of counciling fee but failed to submit ews.may i submit it to the counciling last day

Dear aspirant,

According to your question and taking into consideration that you have paid the counselling fee but you have not uploaded EWS certificate.

According to my knowledge, it is necessary to upload the EWS certificate under a specific date . If you haven't got your EWS certificate then you may have to submit an undertaking regarding the certificate.
