Hello Prakash!
You have to wait till special round counselling. If that is done then you may get GFTIs like TEZPUR, GGU BILASPUR, etc. The cutoff for all college drastically falls in special round counselling. Even for some lower ranked NITs the cutoff goes in lakhs.
