I presently reside in W.B my sc category rank is around 4k in jee mains 2019...so any chances of getting into NIT's ?

As you are a resident of WB so you will be benefitted by the Home State Quota in NIT Durgapur. Your SC rank is very good so you can easily get NIT Durgapur ( except computer science engineering). After NIT Durgapur you can try for other NITs. I'm listing some of the colleges where you can apply.

2) NIT Calicut
3) NIT Raipur
4) NIT Jalandhar

Dear Nilohit you can get some NIT might be possible you get some new NIT but its also depend upon your branch preferences also so please fill branch preferences carefully because that's a matter a lot in getting college definitely, but you can NIT might be in last round.
