I read the instruction on other websites they say that candidate should keep one ID proof with the JEE Admit card. Is it true? please reply

ID proof should be mandatory it was for verification purpose mostly adhaar card is sufficent for any kind of verification purpose all the best for your exaam

Yes,it is mandatory to carry one id proof with jeemains admit card or any other entrance exam just for verification purposes and it would be any either adhaar card ,pan card, passport etc.

Yes ofcourse its true, whenever you are appearing for type of competitive exams, you must carry an extra id proof apart from your admit card, which many times verifed at some of examination,

Yes they ask for your Id card to confirm your identity along with jee main admit card.
