Hello rekha.

These are the guidelines given for uploading signature on NEET application.

Put full signature in running hand writing on white paper with black Ink pen.

signature should not be in capital letters.

if you did not follow these it would have been rejected. But, not to worry you can edit the application and make changes from January 15, 2020.
