i received a mail today on 19/12/19 to correct thumb impression in my neet pg 2020 form which i corrected again today but now when i click on submit option it shows to please select a city under test center details which was already selected earlier !? what can i do to receive confirmtn regrdng edit

Try uploading your thumb impression using edge browser.  I've done the same and also received a reconfirmation mail regarding submission of my application

clear all your cache and cookies of your web browser and try to submit it again hope it will work.

Same problem here.when I login and see I could see edited thumbprint.but I couldn't submit

Did u try calling helpline.what did they say.i tried many times but it was busy.

In that case, write a mail to the board regarding the misfunction of the webpage. They will  look into this matter and help you or guide you what to do next. You should have filled it correctly. This is the problem which may lead to any problem in near future. Things are interconnected into their databases and any change will change there and you will get your admit card and answer sheet information wrong and you will get rejected when your documents doesn't match to your form details.

So check before you submit. Don't do anything if you feel doubt. ask and take guidance and do any thing. In this case , the officials who are there to help candidates are the only solution for you as they handle all these technical problems and other form related problems.

So write it to them or make a call. Try to solve it as fast as possible.
