i register the form but didnt pay the fees i want to know the admission is still on or not?

Hey!
If you have filled out the registration form, but haven't paid the required registeration fee then in that case your admission procedure won't be taken further as paying the fees within the time period is a mandate. If the time period for filling the application form and paying the registration fee was not postponed then in that case you won't be able to register yourself for admission process. You may although confirm from the college or the exam conducting body(if you didn't gave any Exam- national or state level). You may mail them or call through the admission helpline number.
