i registered for eflu for counselling but i am not able to pay the fees and in the form it is said that fees are exempted .i registered as obc ncl.is that right or is there any mistake on it?

I was filling the comedk form for year 2021 . I registered first on the application form portal but closed the window , now when I login to my account to complete the application form , it shows click on " go to application" on the top right window but I cant find the option there . Help!
