I registered for fresh candidate but I was already registered candidate of january 2019 jee exams. What should I do??

Just fill the application form as fresh applicants and add details which you may want in column,fill category same as previous registration form.You can add new centres of examination for 2nd phase of examination.Nothing will be happened don't worry,fill all column as per as your wish expect category column.Category column should be filled as per previous registration form of 1st phase of jee mains examination.Rest of all are fine.
