It's usually recommended to read all the details of the examination before filling the application form. But don't worry. If there will be any problem regarding the photograph you will notified by the NTA during correction window opening. It's better if you take your pic without hijaab too ( if you can ). Otherwise choosing a customery dress option for neet may work for you. You can also get your doubt cleared by contacting the helpdesk for NEET examination. You can visit the official NEET website www.ntaneet.nic.in for the same.
