I score 61% in pcm but individual less than 60% in mathematic . am i able for kvpy?

First of all class 12th passed student are eligible for Stream SB of kvpy only and that too only when they are in the 1st year of undergraduate program in Basic Sciences namely Physics or Chemistry or Mathematics or Biology leading to B.Sc./B.S./B.Stat./B.Math./Int. M.Sc./Int. M.S.

And to be eligible one must have  at least  60% (50% for SC/ST or PWD) marks in the aggregate in MATHS and SCIENCE subjects (Physics/Chemistry/Biology)  in class 12th Board Examination  .

So,
From above  it is clear that what matters is your aggregate marks and not your individual marks so you are still eligible for KVPY examination with 61% in aggregate of PCM even if you have less than 60% in Maths .

Also,
You must   must secure at least 60% marks  (50% for SC/ST/PWD) marks in your  1st year final examination of B.Sc./B.S./B.Math./B.Stat./Int. M.Sc./Int. M.S.  in order to take  up the fellowship, if you are awarded.

I would glad to tell you that for getting eligible for kvpy you need to have atleast  60 percent in mathematics and science in class 12th  in aggregate . Since you have 61 percent in pcm so you are definately eligible for it. However, for apittude test you need to have 75 percent in aggregate in your 10th standard.You can refer to the following link:
