I score 71% but I have 84percentile but our board examination mark sheet don't show my percentile I know my percentile from net am I alligible for jee??

Yes you are eligible to give JEE main exam but as if your 12% 71 so you may not able to get admission in colleges like NIT or IIT you get other colleges with your JEE main rank with 71 percentile in your 12th may not get iit or NIT..
