I score 80 percentile in jee mains paper 2 general category would i get chance in any of the nit colleges??

With the given percetile, it would not be possible for you to get any seat in NIT. Still, if you get lucky enough and the cutoffs goes low then you might get NIT Hamirpur or NIT Raipur. You can check out the previous year cutoffs yourself
