It's okay that when I'm in your stage, I too have that dilemma. I want to give a best suggestion that just go through all branches in Google like what are the subjects involved in ECE/CSE/ME etc.., if you're passionate about any of those subjects just opt that branch. Because it's really very much important.

It's depend on your area of interest, which field you are interested in ,the engineering in any branch having passion with it , will truly be helpful to u
