i scored 119 marks in neet ug, i belong to obc category and and so im eligible, is there any chance i might get a deemed university in mcc counselling?

On such marks and category you have no chance to get any of the good college because on such marks you can only qualify NEET 2020. You can try for direct admission provided that you must have appeared in NEET Counselling and unable to secure any seat through it.
